Shipping & Delivery
1. How long does the shipping take?
Usually the designing, printing and shipping takes 3-6 business days. Before you add your product to the cart, you will see the estimated delivery time below the "Add to Cart" button.
2. Where do you ship to?
We ship exclusively to the US.
3. When exactly will my package arrive? Where is the tracking link?
Under the button "Add to cart" you will see your estimated delivery time.
You will be notified by email when your package is shipped. If you can't find the message, please check your spam folder.
4. Why has not the tracking been updated yet?
After we've handed over your package to the shipping provider, it may take some time for the package to be processed further. Only after processing can you see the exact location of the package.
Approximately 1-2 days after, you will be provided with a delivery date.
Orders
1. How do I order from Cufy?
To order a product, follow these steps:
- go to cufy.com.
- choose your desired product.
- personalize it according to your wishes.
- check the preview and click "add to cart".
- click "checkout safely now".
Fill in the required fields and complete the payment process, after that you will receive an order confirmation by email.
2. What payment methods are available?
You can choose to pay via PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, VISA, Mastercard, American Express. In order to process the order securely, all your data is transmitted SSL-encrypted.
3. Why can't I place an order?
If you are unable to complete your order, follow these steps:
- Reload the page or try to complete your order using another browser.
- Please check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Changes & Returns
1. Can I still make adjustments after I have completed my order?
It is currently not possible to change or cancel your order.
Ordered Items are passed on to production immediately after the order is placed so that they can be printed as quickly as possible.
2. Can I return a product?
Personalized products are excluded from return by law.
3. My product was delivered damaged or with inferior quality. What should I do?
This should not happen! Please write us an email to cs@cufy.com and send us a picture of your damaged product. We will check your request immediately and get back to you.
