Because our personalized items are custom-made based on your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.


Return Conditions for Personalized Items:


Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the order placed.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include a clear description of the issue and supporting photos.

If approved, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.


Non-Returnable Conditions:


Changes in preference or minor variations in design, color, or layout that are not considered defects.

Items that were made according to the specifications provided during the order process.


Digital Products


All sales of digital products (such as eBooks, downloadable files, templates, etc.) are final and non-refundable. Since these items are delivered instantly, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital purchases.


Refund Conditions for Digital Products:


Refunds will only be granted if the product is not delivered correctly, is corrupted, or is otherwise unusable due to an error on our part.

Any issues with your digital download must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
