Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of most of our products, we typically cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for size/design preferences unless the received items are damaged. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are exclusively provided to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. Should you encounter either of these situations, kindly contact us via email along with photos of the incorrect/damaged items, and we'll swiftly resolve the matter for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders undergo processing within 24 hours of placement. Once our designers commence work on your personalized order and transmit the file to our vendors for production, cancellation becomes impractical. It's worth noting that canceling an order and requesting a refund places a financial burden on us, particularly since many of our products are personalized and cannot be resold. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support of our small business!
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Regrettably, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you're uncertain about sizing, we encourage you to consult our sizing charts, available for every item in the product description section of our store.
In the unlikely event that an item you receive is mislabeled, please notify us within a week of receipt, providing your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We'll promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
